For order ID 112-7343236-1529006, ASIN B0DNH7VFW8, buyer (Moderator edit: removed personal information) left a 1 star and negative feedback. Her comments are completely false and damaging to our company reputation, she may even be a competitor. We need to have this comment removed. I reached out to Amazon about this but haven't heard back, hopefully someone here can help.

1. This is listed as a "Verified Purchase" but the buyer's name is actually (Moderator edit: removed personal information)  The last name doesn't match either. I don't think this customer actually purchased the product.

2. Her review states that she "set it up, followed the directions" but that's not true. The product was returned to us unopened. The product includes water filters, had she actually set up the products the filters should be wet, however they were dry. She is lying when she claims she set up the product.

3. She claims she contacted us for help, but this is not true. She did not attempt to contact us. I sent her two messages, but she did not respond.

4. I gave her a full refund and even paid for the price of return shipping, which was very expensive because the product is heavy.

The customer's repeated lies are damaging our reputation and reducing sales on a high-cost product that pays Amazon high commissions. I would like Amazon to remove this false review so that we can continue to generate sales. Thank you.
