While there was no warranty claim on my account from A to Z, my score was 4.17. I checked several times but there were no warranty claims from A to Z.

I was checking your account and I do see that the ODR is at 1.82%.
I do see you have 4 claims within the last 90 days.
Please know that the following types of claims impact your ODR:
- Claims that are granted to the buyer and for which, Amazon determines that you were at fault
- Claims for which you refunded the buyer after the claim was filed
- Claims for which you or Amazon canceled the order
- Claims that are pending a decision on appeal
I do recommend you that if you have more questions to open a case with our seller support team so they can assist you.
