Charges for return shipping.
Why am I always being charged for return shipping no matter what the reason for the return is? I can't understand why I am responsible for funding the return when the buyer changes their mind, or doesn't like the color of the Bible, or doesn't like the recipes in the cookbook, etc.
And Amazon always provides a super expensive UPS label that costs 3 times what it cost to initially ship the book out to the customer.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, we understand that the return reason may not always be your fault, despite what the customer chooses for return reason.
Have you attempted to appeal the shipping cost using the SAFE-T Claims? Make sure you provide evidence on why you should not be held responsible for the shipping cost:
