You can either automatically issue a returnless refund or replacement via rules you define, or you can work with the buyer via messaging for a specific return. There are two ways to configure returnless resolutions:

1. Offer returnless resolutions for returns that meet certain criteria
2. Offer or remove returnless resolutions for specific SKUs

To see which SKUs you have enabled returnless resolution for, follow the steps below:

• Go to your Returns settings page and click Manage return templates.
• Go to Status report and then select Returnless resolution from the drop-down.
• Click Request to get the report.
• Once the report has finished processing, click Download report to view SKUs that will receive a returnless resolution.

if you are fulfilling customer orders in the US from outside the US, you must provide Amazon with a valid US return address (for items under $25). Amazon will use this address to generate prepaid return labels for customers on eligible return requests. If a US return address is not provided, Amazon will issue the customer a refund for eligible returns without requiring the item to be returned (returnless resolution).
