Inactive Account

Hi,

I registered & verified my business account last year but did not start selling. I'm now ready to start selling on Amazon but my account is in inactive state. I followed prompts to submit the information for verification but I'm stuck on the "activate account" screen with the following error:

"Please wait while we review your request.

We are reviewing your account to confirm if there are any additional verification requirements. The page will automatically refresh in 30 secs."

Can someone help me resolve this issue?
