All LEGO Brand Listings Wrongfully Deactivated

We’ve been an approved LEGO seller on Amazon since 2021, with all necessary documentation, including a letter of authorization from LEGO. We’ve never received a single counterfeit complaint.

Despite this, all our LEGO listings were abruptly deactivated without any prior warning, leaving us with over $1M worth inventory stranded in Amazon’s warehouses.

We have created multiple cases with Seller Support, yet the responses have been vague at best, offering little to no actionable information on why we were deactivated.

No straight answer has been provided, even though other third-party sellers are actively listing LEGO products without issue.

We can’t even submit an appeal, as the system doesn’t allow us to “apply to sell” — an absurd barrier given that we’ve been authorized sellers for three years.

This lack of transparency is beyond unacceptable, and the financial impact of these restrictions has put us in an extremely challenging position.

How did you get an LOA from LEGO to sell *on Amazon*? I was under the impression that they never gave 3rd party sellers that permission.

Hi there @Seller_5Ndf74mrgd9b6

To gather a bit more background information, have you reached out to LEGO themselves to see if anything changed within their company? Unfortunately, from what I can see, is that we are no longer accepting applications to sell these products.
