AMZ*Amazon Payments AMZN.COM/BILL WA
Hello, my Amazon account was suspended in April after being found in violation of the third rule. We sent explanation letters to the designated email address because it was a huge misunderstanding, and we have not engaged in any activities that violate the rules. We sent three explanation letters but did not receive any response, which has been disappointing. After 90 days, in early July, we followed Amazon's instructions and applied for the removal of FBA inventory through the provided link. However, we have not received any response so far. Additionally, I have been unable to contact Amazon's customer service for consultation as my account is suspended, and I cannot access the backend. However, charges from "AMZ*Amazon Payments AMZN.COM/BILL WA" keep appearing on the payment card linked to my account, and we are unsure about the reason for these charges, which is causing us concern. Have others experienced a similar situation? What type of charges could these be? What is the reason for these charges? Could they be related to the fees for handling the removal of FBA inventory?

Section 3 is related to a various number of violations, in order to assist we would need to see a copy of the Deactivation Notice.
To get your Account reinstated you would need to submit a well-written detailed appeal, identifying the Violation and the Root Cause as a whole, and the Corrective Measures taken.
Here are some help pages and tutorials:
→ Reinstate a removed listing or deactivated account
→ Create an Effective Plan of Action
→ Complete an appeal questionnaire to reinstate selling privileges
Use this path to contact →Seller Support > Reinstate Your Account

Yes, Amazon charges for the removal of inventory.

In addition to what @Medic has stated find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is the Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.

Hello @Seller_lBodAVO2DDdnD,
Thank you again for reaching out. I wanted to follow up and see if you have additional questions in regards to your account and the charges. Looks like @Medic and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAphave provided some great information and guidance with your account suspension.
Also, would you kindly share your seller support case id number? I would like to look into this a little more on your behalf and see what can be done and escalated.
Please advise.
Cheers,
Micah
