Listings are not showing under other sellers

Hello,

For all of the listings in my inventory, I can not see the listing on the item's "Other Used and New" page. Each of the items are books. The statuses are all active, and the listings were created at various points within the past year. My account health is good. Is this a bug, or could my listings be suppressed somehow?

An example is SKU QS-KWXG-WB3U. Active in my inventory since August 2024 with a price of $119.99. There are 21 copies of this book for sale under "Other Options", but mine is not one of them.

Just wanted to reply to my own post and say I figured this out. I hovered over the gear in the top right of the browser window, then selected Account Info. From there, I could see that my account was inactive until I re-verified my identity. I uploaded current documents, and was good to go within about 4 hours.

It's a weird system that on the main Seller Central page, everything looked active and healthy. If Amazon developers are reading this, please consider showing the inactive status on the main Seller Central page. It is not at all intuitive to navigate to Settings/Account Info to uncover an issue affecting my entire store.

as "Most helpful response" using the three dots in the upper right hand corner of your post just in case if other seller's find themselves in a similar situation, your answer will be right at the top. Your discussion will have a green checkmark when searched within the forums validating that the issue was resolved.
