Amazon Customer Support Sucks

Has anyone opened a case or called customer support and they've actually helped?

Every time we call these bozos, they literally read off a script and give you the same answer you already know.

They can never expedite a case, you ask them who is working on the case and they say we can't give you that info, you ask them to make a note on your case or to reach out to the internal teams themselves and they say they can't. Like what do you do then?

These employees are running the biggest scam of life. They are working online at Amazon and doing absolutely nothing. Our cases get closed every so often too so it looks like they are meeting their quotas by completing cases and solving problems when all they are doing is regurgitating info that's already available on the help screen.

We hate their customer support and everyone should be fired. They run customer support out of Asia for sure because we've never spoken to someone without an accent who actually solves our problem. We pay a monthly subscription fee not to mention all the other fees for Amazon and they can't even provide quality customer service. If a product goes down on Amazon good luck getting it back up in a timely fashion. You'll lose so much money in sales all while these guys are also charging you for storage for problems they created and can't solve.

AMAZON NEEDS TO REVIEW THIS AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP!

Everything you state is correct, and if comes that way by design. USA Support reps do not work in a call center, they work at home. They are given 2 weeks training and then are sent back to their HOME office to begin work.

Most Sellers seeking support, know how the site functions with listings, but the Reps don't. They are not sellers who use the site daily and can recognize a problem when it arises. They will just transfer you to another induvial who supposedly can rectify the problem but it's really because they have no idea what is going on. Their attitude sems to be, who cares.

Now, I will say this.

I find I can get a much better response and real cation when I call at night, after the USA Support end their day. The Asia Support workers are much better in tune with site problem and making corrective actions.

They do work in a call center. On many occasions will ask someone else in the room if they cannot handle the situation. With this center, wherever it is located, they have resolved my issues. Their attitude seems to be, I really want to help.
