Under Attack by Another Seller
Hello,
My account was attacked by another seller. They placed orders with different buyer accounts to a fake address. Since it was a fake address, carrier companies could not deliver to these addresses. And they opened A-to-Z requests and gave negative feedback on all those orders. I sent you an e-mail about this issue, opened a case, and made a request through Amazon, but I did not get any results. If authorized persons examine the buyer accounts and shipping addresses, they will understand the situation better.

I was able to confirm that this issue was under review by our specialist team in charge of competitor abuse which would review your case and respond according to their guidelines, however I don't have visibility of what those are or if they were able to get in contact with you already.

Please know I contacted the correct group of specialists to review your case, and they submitted the information to the correct team in charge of competitor abuse.
However, as I mentioned, they would respond and act according to their guidelines, which I have no visibility of. At this point, we're unable to provide additional support in Forums for this issue.
