Account deactivated due to dormancy

My newly born account has been placed in dormancy. Although some days prior to that a shipment plan was created and Amazon had charged the amount from my account. Inventory was also received and live and even a unit was sold. Its strange.

Now coming to the point, seller support wants to verify my identity to reactivate the account and rejecting the same passport accepted earlier during the creation of this account, rejecting the statement from the same bank accepted earlier. I even submitted articles of organization of my LLC, IRS document and sales tax exemption document but in vain. Its so frustrating! getting the same copy paste replies from the support!!!

Could anyone please help?

When accounts become dormant, they need to be re-verified to become active again, hence the reason for the verification process you have described. In order to better assist here, please consider the following:

- What communication from Amazon have you received when your documents were not accepted?

- Has any information within the account changed since your initial verification?

- Are you seeing any banners or hyperlinks on your Account Info page? If so, what are they saying?

- Are there any review process that are currently in progress?
