Two shipment to FBA has been refused
My two attempts to ship goods to Amazon's warehouse have both been rejected because my products cannot fit into their yellow container. The dimensions of my products are 48 centimeters by 47 centimeters by 17 centimeters, while Amazon's standard size is 63.5 centimeters. I've tried sending them twice to different locations, but they were both refused. I need help figuring out what to do next.
By the way, I ship via pallet.
Please help, I am really confuse now
