Lot of my reviews disappeared all of a sudden. Most of them were Vine reviews, which Amazon charged me dearly for in the first place.

Now no one is able to tell me why they were removed, pointing me to email Amazon community help team, that never reply to my email. Seller support team keep giving generic answers like always, pointing me to amazon community policies without any meaningful help.

I had intellectual policy violation(one unintentional competitor term in my listing), I removed those terms instantly but it took 2 months for amazon internal team to resolve because there was some issue in back-end and health team told me that there was shortage of internal reviewers and they were hiring more people.

I started a claim for reimbursement for storage fees due I paid due to issues with amazon internal system, as expected it was promptly rejected by amazon without due investigation and the refuse to reopen the investigation.

On top of that since my listing came back, a lot of reviews were removed, most of them amazon vine reviews - which has cost me lot of money to get and now is severely impacting our conversion.

I am not sure if the reviews were removed due to genuine issues(which it shouldn't have since those were vine reviews) or is just a glitch and someone can sort it from the back-end. Whenever you email Seller support and use the term reviews they instantly point to community policies without any meaningful help.

If it is my ASIN and I pay $30,000 a year in fees to Amazon, and removal of reviews is significantly affecting my business, surely I deserve a helpful answer? rather than some random answers like its confidential, we can't tell you or contact community help team that never reply to your emails. What is confidential about why a review was removed? there is no personal details of reviewer involved.

Selling on amazon is becoming increasingly frustrating and we will need to stop selling here it seems if this continues.
