DHL Strike, Lost Boxes and ...

As we all know that sell to Canada, DHL is now effectively on strike. Realistically, last week the issues started and they handed packages over to other couriers to get some stuff delivered. Now, we all have to cancel orders, be prepared for negative feedback and the metrics on our accounts will undoubtedly plummet. We even tried to send through another carrier, that backfired with UPS calling and telling the customer it would be an additional 292.00... I would have never done that if I knew that was the case.

What is Amazon's answer to this things? Are we going to be held liable for all of this?

We work hard and hate to see all of it go to waste, penalized again for the shipping issues of places like USPS the last few months and now DHL strike.

Please Help !!

We have over 13 orders that this has impacted and according to my DHL rep, this started at the beginning of June in Alberta

I reached out to our partner teams requesting updates, and I will follow up here when I have more information to share.
