These orders were delivered within 30 days of the refund, which is in line with Amazon's policy, and I'm not sure if Amazon follows this policy for contacting buyers?
I've had a couple of orders where this was the case and Amazon did contact the buyer and the buyer was willing to keep the item and the money was refunded to me afterward.
Now these orders don't seem to be protected by this policy anymore. So I am pleading with the Amazon team to give an accurate answer. Is the new policy still in place? If so please follow the new policy .
If it doesn't exist please issue a press release to announce everyone.

It's always awesome to see selling partners like yourself providing us visibility on such scenarios, I can confirm the policy hasn't been modified or changed in any way since the implementation of the same, but I do like your idea of making a public statement.
Giving you the proper credit since this is an initiative proposed by you, I think I would like to take this opportunity and reach out maybe to the concern team related to policy changes or at least a team in which I can validate that the policy is working as intended and as a community manager I can create what we call a "Proactive Content" and make a statement about this policy visible to all sellers through our Forums platform, what do you think?
I love the impact you provided here, actual dates, orders and tracking numbers, so I am on board with your proposal.
