Unfairly negative feedback

Hello dear authorities, things have really gotten out of hand. I am unfairly receiving negative feedback, and even though I have my evidence etc., Amazon automatically rejects everything I send and does not remove the negative feedback from my store.

My customer gave a negative feedback 2 days after placing the order, saying that the order did not arrive. However, the delivery date is between 15-20 days and both Amazon officials and my customer know this. This is great injustice. It was created purely to make negative comments.

I received another negative comment similar to this situation. My customer commented on the 30 dollar product saying "This is not what 300 dollars is worth". So everything is clear, Amazon cannot be this careless. The whole system can see that the product I am selling is $30.

Why are they ignoring this? Why is my account health negatively affected? It's really unfair, the ODR rate has gone above 1%. My orders have stopped. Even though I opened a case, it automatically rejected it, and I think I expressed myself really well. I opened a detailed case, including customer messages and screenshots, but I received an automatic rejection response within 1 minute. This really isn't fair.

For a canceled order that i had nothing to do with

For a product that was perfect for the customer but he felt he should get refunded because it was dropped to his mailbox instead of his doorstep

Amazon didn't remove those, I even called Seller Support. Unfortunately nothing gets removed even when it doesn't make sense.

I had the same situation as @OfficialApparelSport.

Negative feedback for a completely different seller for a product we have never sold.

Seller support said they can't help after multiple attempts.

Totally unfair but par for course.

I had a similar experience, I never even bothered to reach out to support. Someone bought a used book from me in acceptable condition, and they complained it was a used book.......

They not going to help you no matter how many cases you open. They just going to send you rules saying that the feedback does not violate any of amazon policies. They will only remove if the item is fulfilled by Amazon or if its there any personal detail of you showing in feedback. The only way for you to strike that feedback is to contact the buyer and have them remove it. Its a pain for every seller where buyers take advantage. So there is nothing much you can do. I have some buyers contacted me after even they recieved and used the item asking for refund just because they did not like the item. If I dont approve return they just open A-Z claim so.
