Client claim not to have received the goods

I have a client that claim not to have received the goods. I send him the signed proof of delivery with Canpar and he say it was not him that signed it.

Is that enough proof to hopefully protect me from a potential A to Z claim ?

Or should I just reimburce him and absorb the lost ?

It won't protect you from a potential claim, but the claim shouldn't hurt your ODR rate %

Then Canpar misdelivered the package, and you have to take it up with Canpar for reimbursement.
