Brand Registry Application Support Request
Hello,
Seeking support from Amazon representatives for case ID 17088875811
Our brand registry application was outright rejected without specific details as to why. They provided "and/or" statements which means it could be anything. I see other posts in the forums here where people experienced the exact same rejection notice but were able to appeal it in time - however they didn't specify how in the forum post unfortuantely - only that it was fixed eventually.
Is someone from Amazon able to chime in and provide some inside here?

Response from Amazon in the case ID mentioned above: "We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand."
Note this is for Amazon.ca CANADA so we are concerning the CIPO (Canada IP Office)
Here's the other post I was referring to: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/85390dc7-6b6e-4608-9485-6ae2d3d79735
