I have the same problem. 122 compliances due in May. Amazon making up fake compliance documents that the laboratories can't test for.
All that is required is the images of the product labelling and the product safety data sheet. Amazon is requiring stuff that doesn't exist for products we sell that are already fully legal in Canada to sell.
