Amazon charged me for no reason!!!!!

Amazon did a shipping adjustment on a order of mine for a hat that cost around $30. The shipping adjustment was for $179.23. Note that the shipping label was about $6 and the return label was about $6 also. So I made a Safe-T Claim and got nothing and Amazon can not tell me why I had a almost $200 shipping adjustment for which isn't the shipping labels. How can this be and why are they able to charge me with out an explanations.
