The Never Ending Loop when trying to reactivate my account

I started off trying to do an inventory removal, but when I login I get the warning, "Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." When clicking on the continue button it takes me to my charge methods, but provides no guidance as to what has to be completed prior to moving on. So I checked both of my payment methods and just for the process of it I selected my address and saved, but still no next step is provided. Both payment methods are in good standing and neither are expired so I am not sure where to go from here...please can someone help.

P.S. - I tried to create a case number but the system took me right back to the Charge Methods as discussed above.

I've had this same problem happen with my own seller account, I fixed it by adding a new payment method and then making it as default, then after 2-3 minutes the loop stopped and it took me to my dashboard where I needed to complete few more verification steps.

Please make sure the credit card you add meets all criteria listed on this page.
