INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT
Over the last several days I have tried several times to reactivate my account. The reason that amazon Mexico gave to deactivate my account with them (that had a knock on effect with my US and Canada markets) was a Section 3 violation which has never been explained.
Instead I keep getting this message which I do not understand:
To reactivate your account, you must complete all violation claims by filing a claim for each enforcement action for all other seller accounts that are subject to the enforcement action.
Can anyone EXPLAIN to me what this means?

Normally, you will need to go to your Performance > Account Health page to check the following pages:
I would advise you to check all sections in your Account Health page before trying to reactivate your account.
The help page Submit or appeal a compliance document or request will guide you where to go and how to submit documentation required.
