My Inbound FBA inventory stuck in carrier terminal for 6 weeks now
I have a shipment that was picked up by the Amazon partner carrier on November 7 and has still not been delivered to the Amazon warehouse. I was told by the carrier that the original Amazon warehouse destination in Middletown, PA was too full and Amazon told the carrier to re-route the shipment to the warehouse in New Stanton, PA. However, the New Stanton warehouse keeps cancelling the delivery appointment; 3 times now. My product is a dietary supplement with an expiration date and my customers depend on taking it monthly. I have been receiving irate emails from them asking when the product will be back in stock. This is unnacceptable to have inventory in limbo this long. Is there anything that can be done so the warehouse gives the carrier a firm appointment for delivery?

Hello @Seller_YqBD2S95mV0Gp, I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, there are delays in the receiving process and we are unable to manually expedite this. Since you used a partnered carrier, tracking information will be updated automatically. You can view these updates in your Shipment Summary.
