Private labeling
Hello,
I have questions about private labeling. I need some explanation how private labeling works.
We find a branded item. Crop the photos and remove the brand and later list the item under our brand.
Is this what the private labeling is?

He created a brand which is``Kiaetvreo`` and photoshopped all of the photos and removed the original brands and listed the items under his so called brand. All his listings are same but he forgot to remove the brand from some;

Can someone explain to me this? Is this is private labeling ? if not how Chinese sellers go around with this?

Regarding your concerns with these products, if a Seller is manipulating photos or other behavior to obfuscate the true brand of a product, this is likely a violation of Amazon policies. You can report the violation using the Report a Violation Tool but please note that Amazon doesn't share the results of these reports.
Regarding these other products, if these products are a violation of intellectual property the Owner can report violations of infringement via the Report Infringement form.
Amazon takes lots of steps to ensure that violators of Amazon policies are enforced but in general we don't give details due to the confidentiality involved. Thank you for your understanding.
