Cannot Use Amazon Buy Shipping Canada Marketplace
I had my first order and I would like to use Amazon buy shipping however, upon fulfilling an order I received an error stating, "Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate. To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below."
We have tried using buy shipping before on our other stores from US Marketplace but we did not encounter this issue. We'd like to utilize amazon buy shipping as much as possible. Thus, we'd like to know what needs to be done to have this fixed. Thank you!

Buy shipping is not available in Canada. You must make your own shipping arrangements for FBM.

You can only use Buy Shipping in Canada for China to Canada or Canada to USA shipments. There is no buy shipping in Canada for Canada to Canada shipments, this is documented in the help files.

Similar issue, but for me I am not able to buy shipping from CA to US since it is not available in my region or i thought that. However I am able to buy shipping labels inside canada market place. I am currently using third party service to send my shipping to us even for sending shipment to FBA.

create an account with FedEx, Canada Post and use clickship, shipstation. Between those 4 you'd find affordable shipping. Make sure to use companies that integrate with Amazon to avoid issues.
