Majority of orders from one province ?
So lately, I'd say about last 6 weeks or so , 90% of our electronics/computer orders seems to come from Quebec for some reason, anyone having similar experience ? Anyone know why ? Amazon seller support (of course) have no idea when we asked them.

Hello @IT_Express_Direct,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums, this is Lucre and I'm happy to assist!
I see that you're wondering about the reason why your most recent orders are coming in from Quebec mostly.
I reviewed your question and went ahead to verify if there's anything in particular that's causing this.
I was able to confirm that your offers appear in other provinces besides Quebec correctly on the website, I also confirmed that you don't have any shipping restrictions to any other region and shipping prices vary by type and not region, so there should not be a buying decision from other regions based on shipping cost.
For the above reasons, I couldn't find any reason in your account causing this situation and I can confirm you should be getting orders from all regions if buyers are looking for it.
I would be interested to know if there are other sellers facing this though, so we can further investigate if required.
I hope this helps! Let me know if there's any other question or concern.
Regards,

Hello @IT_Express_Direct,
Thank you fo following up! I actually just checked again using two different addresses (in different provinces) in Canada and was able to confirm that featured offers are showing correctly regardless of location.
I'd suggest you to check on your listings and add test addresses from differet locations in your buyer account to confirm the same information, this may mimic the buyer journey when looking for your product so you can confirm that you should be getting orders from different addresses without a problem.
I do agree it's odd though, but I would say it has been a coincidence so far as there's really nothing from your account preventing orders from the entire Canada country from coming in.
Please do let me know if you try to mimic the buying process and find anything in particular so I can step in and help :)
Thank you very much for selling on Amazon!
Have a great day.
