why is amazon losing so much of our shipments and taking zero responsibility! Has anyone had any success in getting reimbursement?
Amazon has lost the last 6 of our 9 shipments, 2 of which they keep pushing back the "reconcile date" for over a month now. We have over 43 backorders and it is reflecting bad on us as a company. But the worse thing they have done, and if anyone else reads this, please reply and let me know, because I think it verges on fraud.
They have lost 50 of our units, that was shipped and delivered in March 2023. I launched an investigation, and then they "claim" to have found these units....that was on a shipment ID 6 MONTHS AGO!! A shipment we had closed now for months, without any discrepancies, they now say that there were 50 extra units in there and they were added to our inventory. Do they think I just shipped air 6 months later?? And our books are closed. That ID is closed and they accounted for EXACTLY what we shipped. I don't think this is legal what they are doing. And, our inventory ledger does not show these magical time travelling 50 units. So they are lost and they are trying to fudge it and not pay. I have open at least 5 cases on this and have called support until I am blue in the face. Please, if there is anyone out there with this experience or can offer help, we want to be reimbursed for these. (and the others as well), but we cannot accept false inventory and what they are telling us.
