I’ve been trying to get a clearly false feedback removed, but I keep receiving automated responses despite providing solid proof, including a picture. The feedback is more of a product review rather than a legitimate seller review, which I understand goes against Amazon’s feedback policies.
I’ve already submitted a request for removal, but it keeps getting rejected without proper review. I’m now requesting a human review of my case, as I believe it’s being handled by bots.
Has anyone successfully escalated a case like this? Any advice on how to get an actual person to review it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
