Appealing a listing compliance restriction but we're STUCK! likely due to a technical issue.
We recently lodged an appeal against a health Canada-related compliance restriction pertaining to the requirement for photos to display the NPN and our labels in bilingual language (French and English). We adhered to the request by incorporating bilingual language into all our graphics, which were subsequently submitted for appeal. Anticipating a recurring issue based on a similar past experience, the compliant images "uploaded" but somewhat remains invisible to the compliance team's side.
We carefully labeled our images and ensured proper naming. Our images are tailored to Canada's specifics, sharing a listing with the USA, although the relevance of this is uncertain.
However, Amazon declined our appeal, citing the need to include compliant images, which had already been added and confirmed visible on our end. Despite providing them with screenshots and confirmation of image uploads, the compliance team persistently replies with the same prewritten response, that we need to upload the images, leading to frustration and prompting this community post.
It appears to be a technical issue, but the initial seller support has not been able to view the images we uploaded. When restricted, no images are displayed live. We suspect that the compliance team may also have difficulty accessing the newly uploaded images. Nevertheless, we have provided screenshots of the uploads, which should prompt them to reconsider the appeal.
This issue mirrors a previous incident with a different ASIN, requiring a lengthy resolution process (1 month) until community assistance expedited a solution in a week. We are hopeful for similar support this time.
Our case log ID is 15446317991.
We truly appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you!
