1099-K is Showing $0 for Jan-March
I'm not sure what is going on, but this document is definitely wrong, as I was actively selling all of last year. However, my 1099-K shows $0 for January-March. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Can someone from Amazon that understands taxes reply??? I've tried using their seller support. They are clueless, as always.

I'm not from Amazon, but this happened to me, i think my first year selling. However, I got a SECOND 1099 that showed the info for the missing months.
Check for a second 2023 1099.
I don't know why it happened to me, but maybe you changed from a social security number to a FEIN in April? I didn't even look into it once I saw I had both 1099s.

The Information page of your Amazon 1099-K states that the amounts in your monthly 5a through 5l boxes should equal the total of the following items from that month's Date Range Summary Report that you can find on your Reports Repository page in Seller Central:
- Product sales (non-FBA)
- FBA product sales
- Shipping credits
- Gift wrap credits
- Promotional rebates (typically negative)
- Product, shipping, gift wrap taxes and regulatory fee collected
The sum of these items in your monthly Summary Reports should very nearly match your 1099-K monthly amounts, but we always see a slight difference (around one-tenth of a percent), apparently because Amazon uses a mix of cash and accrual methods to calculate the reports.
If the total of the above items in your monthly Summary report doesn't nearly match the corresponding monthly 5a-5l box on your 1099-K, then you should contact Seller Support with the details.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. There is not much we can speak to for taxes on our end, but wanted to provide you with the below resources for further review.
I realize you are saying you are not seeing the first three months on your 1099. Have you opened a case with Seller Support letting them know what you are seeing on your end? They should be able to engage the tax team if they cannot see this on their end. Simply follow the hyperlink above to create a case with them.

Had this same issue. Turned out during the "great verification" I had to change the name used on my account from my personal name to my business name. Two separate 1099-K's were issued. One to me for the first few months of 23, and one to my business specifically for the latter months.

Could you have changed your tax ID number or legal name which would make them issue 2 (Also did you check if there is another one out there?)

Last year I received a corrected 1099-K much later than the initial incorrect one. Maybe wait a bit to see if you get a corrected version?

You changed your store name!!! That's the reason
