Amazon Refusing Deliveries due to Full Warehouse
We have a shipment that is going to ABQ2 in Los Lunas, NM. We ship items that are considered Hazmat by Amazon, so we are required to arrange for our own freight which is not an issue for us. We shipped this using an LTL carrier that frequently delivers to Amazon, and when they are trying to deliver the shipment as scheduled, the deliveries are being refused due to the warehouse being full. Why would Amazon in the first place allow a shipment to be created by a seller to only be refused after the freight has arrived to the LTL destination terminal? This freight was expected by amazon so space should not be an issue. How long do warehouses take to clear out before Amazon allows inventory to be delivered by carrier?

Hey @Seller_rhkAXolsDja5a,
Following up on Dominic's request, do you have the shipment ID and/or case numbers related to this shipment?
