I have a case ID 15158586811 open from April, regarding this exact issue. No resolution. 8 months. 14 pages of back and forth updates saying it's escalated and we will let you know soon.

What type of impact are you seeing to the account as of now? Have you contacted Purolator to confirm if they are experiencing issues right now? We would advise on keeping track of any and all orders that may be impacted.

If the metric goes off track, our team may send you an official request for more information. We would recommend monitoring your performance notifications for any messaging that may come through.

If you have any other details or updates to share, we would advise on providing them to this thread so we may continue to assist.

Yes, I appreciate the volume with the Canada Post strike, however they have no idea where my customers packages are. Keep giving a new date of delivery, however do not even acknowledge where in their system the packages are! Again Amazon does not care what is happening. Look at last time.

If you are having issues tracking a puro package use there app, Or contact your Puro rep he or she will be able to help you. if you have a corp account you should have a direct line to tracing, Your account reps cell phone, and security among others, If it was shipped to the amazon warehouse Puro will already know where it is, 90% of the time its sitting in there lot, 10% of the time its on a scheduled delivery date (Brampton). But purolator is able to locate all shipments if amazon did not scan them and they can provide you documentation
