Amazon Lost My Inventory Not Responding to Cases
I have opened 2 cases: 14896772481 & 14919286161
In both I included original invoices, POD from the amazon carrier (UPS) and everything else they need, I have a video of packing the exact same amount of items in the two boxes that I shipped out.
Every time I open a chat or case, they say they get back and do not. First case no response in 7 days, opened a new case to tell them about this issue (second case number) and they asked for the same documents which I already provided in first case, but I didn't mind and reattached all proof they wanted... 3 days and no reply as well.
I shipped 2 boxes of items, they only stocked 40 pieces of Gateron milky yellows (item I'm selling) and says everything else was missing, which is impossible since they confirmed delivery of my boxes and 40 pieces of this item is less than 4kg (sent in ~10kg). Lost around 7000-800 dollars that needs to be reimbursed according to amazon agent.
I know this is not alot for some of you but it cost alot on my end, please what is best way to get a reponse? Is there an amazon worker here that can solve this issue!

Opening multiple cases will not help your cause. One case will do. Amazon is flooded with lost product cases right now. It might take some time, exactly how long? It can vary. Adding to the same case may help get it to the surface quicker, no guarantee though. Perhaps a Forum mod can assist.

Community mod here, I see that my assistance is required, no worries, we will work this out together!
Both cases provided great visibility on the issue at hand, I can confirm both cases are assigned to the same support team, although each team has a different SLA, so both cases have not been "abandoned" at any moment.
I'll monitor both cases, let's allow them to follow up on both cases, if needed I will escalate both cases to an FBA specialist.
I've escalated lost inventory cases in the past, no "robotic" responses from my end, just need them to try and propose an optional solution, they are the correct escalation channel.
Furthermore, I will be in touch with you tomorrow and Friday.

Escalate and say you want to speak with the manager in charge and leave your phone number. I did this and I got a call from the manager who is located in America and he helped me out right away,

Most probably after 5 years of experience , they might sell it for higher and then play with you saying it's lost or inbound or what ever .... and then ask you for proof of purchases etc and say it out loud that they could contact the business where you bought from .lol .... they sell it for expensive after play games with sellers like you and me .. they have AI and advanced strategies to eat the people like you and me that are trying to make end meet. long story short , they should pay at every shipment the cost of the inventory , and then split the profits . they are trillionaires and im paying for the inventory.
