Someone is deliberately trying to sabotage my store. Please support for unfair feedback.
The customer requested a refund, saying that he only added order number 702-8407226-0252203 to his cart but did not purchase it. He accused us of fraud and forgery. We sent a prepaid shipping label stating that this would not be possible and that we could not create an order on our own initiative. We told him that he would have to collect the item from the carrier and return it to us. The customer refused to collect the item from the carrier and insisted that I refund his money. Now he is trying to sabotage my store and left negative feedback. Despite receiving the order from UPS on September 20th, this time he left negative feedback saying 'I did not receive my package'. This is completely misleading and untrue feedback for other customers. And this customer also has a message clearly stating that he cancelled 10 orders in August that he did not purchase. THE CUSTOMER HAS TOTALLY MADE THIS A HABIT AND WANTS TO GET THE ITEMS FOR FREE

This kind of stuff has happened to me too, even had brand owners falsely report my goods as counterfeit without even buying sample units & without Amazon investigating their claims at all.
Amazon is awful & doesn't stick up for their sellers at all, you will always be assumed guilty until proven innocent & if you don't get your products from suppliers who are good enough to receive Amazon's blessing such as selling unsold inventory, liquidations, new returns, retail arbitrage or any other methods to remain competitive in this business then it'll be near impossible to satisfy Amazon's overbearing documentation requirements.
Amazon is very quickly killing their platforms sense of being an open marketplace. Now their even revoking brand approvals. I don't see it getting any better, soon it'll be impossible to sell name brand products on here. So much for First Sale Doctrine, it's going to be monopoly doctrine soon enough.

My experience selling on Amazon is endless abusive buyers and thieves, and then good sellers constantly being punished by our "selling partners" for their never ending support for these thieves and abusers. Selling on Amazon is where a good seller can get deactivated for too many A-Z claims, and all these A-Z claims are abusive buyers stealing products. This market place is disgusting and very unsafe for sellers. Your business and products are at risk here.
