Amazon Freight Doesnt Have Pallet Jacks is Embarrasing

Was I the only one out of the loop to know what Amazon Freight doesn't have pallet jack in their trucks?

All the other carriers that show up with pallet jacks in their truck so they can move the freight to the back.

Since we only have a forklift and not a dock, we normally just drop the pallet inside the truck.

Why would Amazon assume everyone has a dock? That's a very naïve assumption to make by someone who hasn't dealt with freight before.

We had to put our pallet jack on our forklift to lift it in so the driver could move freight around.

Plus it seems everyone is on a metric so no one cleans the trailer. Talk about no pride in your work.

Also the trucks are not always returning full so it would make sense to have some 40' instead of 53' trailers but what do I know.

I'm embarrassed for whomever is in charge of freight at Amazon.

Are you in a major metro area, like New York City?

I'm not sure why Amazon would assume everyone has a dock in space limited metro areas
