Listings Suspended due to use of non tracking Canada Post Mail as shipping method
hello. i am need help with my account, it is suspended because i think the Amazon team is not understand what shipping envelopes by Canada Post is. they keep asking for tracking. there is no tracking as proof of delivery if you ship something small in the mail. LETTERMAIL. this is how i ship thousands of orders every year. the mail gets dellivered and that is it. otherwise customer is contact us if they do not get it.
this allows me to offer low price shipping to customer for low price goods. and now all of a sudden, i am not able to sell anything. i spent an hour scanning canada post cash register receipts showing purchase of 200 stamps and labels for all 200 orders i shipped in january, but they keep asking for tracking.
i think they is in india and is not understand properly what is canada post lettermail and how it works. customer gets the envelope in the mail.

You are exempt from VTR requirements if the item sold has a cost+shipping of less than $30 AND you selected either Canada Post First Class Letter Envelopes or Standard Mail Envelopes when confirming.
Or is this because you have had a high number of A to Z claims of no delivery?
...
Side note: I take photos of my untracked shipments when they are ready to go (addressed and covered in postage stamps) just in case there are problems wiith an order.
