UPS mistake on my return package / now headed to Amazon Returns
Hello,
UPS attempted delivery at the wrong address / person there refused delivery / UPS scanned as 'Return to Sender'
UPS says it will not be returned to the Buyer but that the package is actually en route to an Amazon Returns Center in Hebron, Kentucky !
What are my options at this point?

My phone call was just added frustration to already stressful situation.
The Seller Help person kept insisting that my Buyer return was Seller Fulfilled when it was authorized , UPS label issued and refunded on first scan by Amazon.
He also insisted that UPS Return to Sender packages do not go to the Amazons Return Center in Hebron , Kentucky , when the tracking clearly shows that that is exactly where the package is heading .
The only thing he got correct is that the mis-delivery was the fault of the Carrier , which of course, we already knew .
All I wanted to know is whether the package could be redirected back to me once it got to Hebron .
According to the helper, anything that gets sent back to Hebron gets 'destroyed' ( although it doesn't take too much imagination to suspect that all the returns get put onto pallets to be sold off ) ........
