No USPS option for PO Box!

The issue is that order# 113-8944270-2890659 has a shipping address that is a PO Box. However, Amazon offers only Amazon shipping; USPS is not available in any form, despite USPS being the ONLY service that can deliver to that address.
Yes, I know that I can buy shipping elsewhere, giving up my Amazon protection, but this is an ongoing problem and should be fixed.

How can Amazon Buy Shipping not recognize a PO Box address as being serviceable by USPS?
Ours was an address and this is a PO Box.

USPS services are not available in Buy Shipping for some orders/locations.

True. But when the location is a PO Box, then USPS is the ONLY service that can deliver to that address. That is the crux of the matter.
This is not a case of an address not serviced by USPS; this is a case of poor programming at Amazon.
