Need Help Changing Business Number on Amazon Seller Account
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here can help me. I’ve been trying to change the business number on my Amazon seller account because I accidentally entered the wrong one during setup. As a result, all my documents are getting flagged or not matching, and it’s causing a lot of issues with my account verification.
I already reached out to Amazon Seller Support via chat and email. They said they would transfer me to another team and even sent me an email, but it didn’t resolve anything. The instructions just told me to complete the verification, which I can’t do properly since the business number is incorrect.
I really need help or advice from anyone who has dealt with this before. Is there any other way to correct or update the business number on my account?

Hello @Seller_NKaABit6MIuxX- and thanks for looking to the seller forums for some insight on updating this.
I did see this related thread where another seller was able to process updates via a support case using screenshots of the correct information to update to. I wanted to make sure you had that thread for visibility, and if the same approach doesn't work for your case, please do let me know!
