Amazon lost package and refuses to reimburse

Shipment name: FBA STA (07/06/2024 18:31)-YOO1

Case ID 15562253661

I have sent 5 units separately and one unit has its own tracking number.

Amazon claims one of the box was EMPTY, even if that is NOT the case.

I asked Amazon to investigate but they just reply to say Amazon is right and I am wrong.

I have uploaded proof that the box was NOT empty.

It appears this happens very often with Amazon that Amazon claims empty box when it isn't.

You are not alone!!!

Every once in a while, they lose an entire box /// part of our shipment.

What happens in actuality & usually is that they “sideline” your item for a review and then it is added to your inventory after 6 months or so..... But you will never be notified.... Nor understand what was the issue. Sometimes, they are mega-backed up, like before big events... So the unit will jump back to your inventory at their own time. Some warehouses are better some not....

The worst part is when they refuse to refund you and spit on our hard work. It is a hell sometimes in those processes.

Usually, however, they reimburse you for the lost unit(given that you can provide the required ducs). However, you can get an agent with something stuck deep down their *** that will make your life hell.

And then if you have a store-printed invoice, ohhh goodLuck!!!! you are up for a good mind f……

Part of the game. Their rules, not logic or ours. (most cases they do the needed to help).

Looks like a common issue nowadays, sometimes they will magically appear after couple months.. Sucks for inventory management though
