Stranded Inventory "Account not fully on boarded"
I have had this account since around 2021. I recently got back to Amazon selling and was told to update and verify my information. I had to send my government ID bank details etc. It said that the information was received and that I was good to sell. Now that I have shipped out my fba items and they have been received. My account is saying that I have stranded Inventory and the reason is that my "account is not fully onboarded" I would love for this issue to be fixed immediately or at least advised on what I can do next. Thank you
