When you submit your application to USPTO to register a brand name, USPTO gives you a serial number for your application when it is accepted into the process. This is the serial number that Amazon is asking for.
When Amazon asks for the ASINs, Amazon is asking for any ASINs that you have already created that are under this brand name.
