All shipment enterly lost in YXU1

Hello,
My shipment is completely lost in Amazon warehouse AGAIN !!! My first box was lost in Amazon warehouse and I opened many cases and support teams returned to me as " Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed". after a long time the shipment had been received by warehouse ( it was that FBA1877G5VDP)
Now I am facing same issue about my shipment "FBA18J1CF50V" the box hasn't been received almost 70 days and today I am seeing same thing in content page " Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed".
What is the purpose of this ? I don't really know what I should say...
Could you please help in this time to find my shipment? probably my products already has been trash.
