FNSKU is the same as ASIN

Hi,

I created a listing in which the ASIN and FNSKU is the same number. My listing will be sold only via FBA. I am the creator and manufacturer of this product. I have talked to Amazon support many times and they have informed that I will NOT have a problem if my FNSKU starts with BO instead of XO.

Anyone experience the same situation? I would not want to ship my items into Amazon and then face issues with Amazon.

Hm, first let me say I stopped FBA years ago, but until someone has more to offer...

Did you create the listing as FBA listing? If yes, switch it to be FBM. Then "add another condition" and create a second listing for FBA. See if that gives you a proper FNSKU

An item that is stickerless/co-mingled will have an FSNKU = ASIN. If you're using stickered/amazon barcode inventory your FNSKU will start with a X0.

We do *not* co-mingle our inventory. When a customer buys one of our items, we want to *know* that they got one of ours, not one from another seller.
