My store's FBM products shopping cart have disappeared due to a customer's credit card chargeback

My store's FBM products shopping carts have disappeared due to a customer's credit card chargeback.

I consulted customer service countless times but couldn't find a solution. Including but not limited to these CASE IDs: 1518015667,11517342422,115154557711

This credit card chargeback was reviewed on the 4.9th and there has been no review result so far. All of my product shopping carts disappeared on April 17th and have not been restored yet. I cannot ask if the method of restoration is by date. Customer service just made me wait. My backend does not have any performance prompts.

My store has encountered great setbacks and damage.

What can I do to save my shopping cart, save my store?

This credit card chargeback was reviewed on the 4.9th and there has been no review result so far. All of my product shopping carts disappeared on April 17th and have not been restored yet. As you mentioned there seems to have been a chargeback claim that you were trying to dispute without success. Additionally it sounds like your featured offer was removed as well.

The status of my backend regarding customer credit card chargeback orders has been under Pending. It says This chargeback is being processed.

The status has remained unchanged for 20 days.

I consulted with the seller support team and they explained to me that it is very likely that my shopping cart was lost due to the credit card refusing to pay the order.

I have tried many methods, but none of them can solve this problem. And my shopping cart has never returned
