1 Star reviews for Amazon FBA packaging mistakes.

I sell a product that comes in a pack with 4 units inside of 1 box. FBA has removed the units from the box and is selling them inidividually. This caused customers to leave 1 star reviews that are impossible to remove.

I have contacted support, i have emailed the community service team multiple times, i have reported to reviews...

Nothing happens & i pay the price..

Anyone else experience unfair reviews that just don't get removed?

Did you put the required stickers on the pack that say "Sold as Set, Ready to Ship" or "Sold as Set, Do Not Separate"? which are required when sending in units sold multiple packs?

We also sell product that Amazon has been breaking apart. There are 14 pouches of camping food in our package. It is labeled with the barcode generated by Amazon indicating what the package is. About 25 % of our product is opened by fulfillment warehouses and then our products are stranded units because they are not for sale individually. When Amazon removes the stranded inventory to us we are charged the removal fees.

If FBA fulfills the order and a customer gives feedback not relevant to the product but relevant to FBA's fulfillment process you should be able to apply to strike the feedback as it was Amazon fulfilled.

In Seller Central - Performance - Feedback Manager - You get your feedback rating and then below that recent feedback with the comments. On the right of the screen beside the comment is a drop down action box you can "remove response" or "request removal"
