Did Amazon add a File claim button to Customer emails? A to Z claims up

We sell primarily Janitorial Chemicals (Yes shipping liquids there is higher damage and loss rate thanks to carrier not reading this side up) We have noticed the last few weeks that way more customers are going straight to an a to z claim, instead of contacting u. Was there a wording change to the automated amazon shipping emails or the addition of a file claim button.

yes Amazon is not requiring seller contact anymore.

My defect rate went from .30% to nearly 2%.

Time to reevaluate and change business model clearly.

Would have been nice if amazon let us know before hand. But you know that never happens. 🙃
