Removal Order getting cancelled multiple times

Need sincere help from a Moderator. Case ID 16951213791

The back-end system error " removal order creation system was unable to add the ship option to those cancelled units"

Seller support is helpless beyond this and don't have access to concerned team

will appreciate help.

I have reviewed the case ID you shared, and I see the team is requesting you to make the request once again, however, I want to know if you have made the removal order through Manage your Inventory or if you have tried using a file.

There is no specific troubleshooting step for this, nevertheless, based on my experience, when a seller faces this issue, it gets fixed by following the Help Page: Remove inventory in bulk.

Could you please confirm if you have followed this page before? If so, can you share with us the removal order IDs that got cancelled, please?
