You'll have to do a removal order to get your inventory back from FBA, and make sure your account is squared up with Amazon for at least 3 months before closing it.

Are you located in the same country as the FBA warehouse?
If yes, then create a removal order to have the product shipped back to you.
If not (since amazon will not remove products out of country), you will have to get set up with a reshipper who will accept your product removal from amazon and then ship it back to your home country. Or you can tell amazon to dispose of your product if removing/reshipping is too costly.
