Need Assistance with Automated Feedback Email Issue

Hello fellow sellers and moderators,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an ongoing issue with the automated feedback email system on my account. (Seller Support Case ID 15869382771.)

I previously utilized a Amazon marketplace app to send feedback request emails for my orders. After discontinuing my services with them, I expected that Amazon would resume sending their default order feedback emails. Unfortunately, this transition has not occurred as anticipated.

Despite confirming through a test order that automated feedback requests are not being sent, the solutions provided by Seller Support have been unhelpful. The suggestion was to obtain screenshots from buyers confirming they did NOT receive feedback emails, which is absolutely senseless.

I have provided all required information, including order details and manual intervention tests, which demonstrate that the system is not functioning as it should. This is significantly affecting my overall seller performance.

I am requesting the involvement of a moderator or a higher-level support team member who can facilitate a more thorough investigation into this issue. Access to internal logs or any verification process that Amazon uses to confirm the operational status of automated services like feedback requests would be greatly appreciated.
